Delete your Masteriva account

In the app

1. Log in at https://app.masteriva.com.
2. Open Settings (your name, top right).
3. Choose Delete my account and confirm with your password.

If you can't log in

Email collins.josh12311@gmail.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We'll confirm and delete it within 7 days.

What's deleted

Everything tied to your account, immediately: your profile and settings, call transcripts and scorecards, coaching notes, skill progress and daily logs, programs and units, uploaded document text and summaries, your offer, role and story bank, real-call reviews, next steps and notifications, and any practice partners you created. Team owners no longer see your results.

What's kept, and for how long

Nightly database backups are kept for 14 days and then overwritten, so copies disappear from backups within 14 days. Server logs that may include your email address rotate out automatically. We keep nothing else.
